Welcome to DUTransfer. By booking or using our transfer services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General Information
DUTransfer is a private transportation service operating in Dubrovnik, Croatia. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made directly through our website, email, or phone.
2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made online, via email, or by phone.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Please provide accurate travel details (pickup/drop-off location, date/time, number of passengers, flight number if applicable).
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.

Quoted prices are fixed and final at the time of booking unless additional services are requested.

Payment can be made online, in advance, or directly to the driver in cash (unless otherwise agreed).

No hidden fees or surcharges will be added without prior notice.
4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled transfer to avoid charges.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time may be subject to a full or partial charge.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Delays & No-Shows

We monitor flight arrivals and adjust for delays at no extra charge.

If you are delayed for any reason (baggage, customs, etc.), please notify us promptly.

If we are unable to contact you after 60 minutes from the agreed pickup time, the booking may be considered a no-show and may not be refunded.
6. Passenger Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to provide accurate booking details.

Ensure your phone is reachable on the day of travel.

Please inform us in advance if you are traveling with oversized luggage, children requiring child seats, or passengers with mobility needs.
7. Luggage

Standard bookings include space for one suitcase and one small bag per passenger.

If you have additional luggage or special items (e.g., bikes, skis), please inform us in advance to arrange a suitable vehicle.
8. Child Safety & Accessibility

Child seats are available on request at no extra cost—please request at time of booking.

If you require an accessible vehicle, please notify us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
9. Liability

DUTransfer is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

We are not responsible for missed flights, ferries, or events due to inaccurate pickup times or incomplete travel information provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited to the value of the transfer service booked.
10. Conduct

DUTransfer reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol, behaving abusively, or violating safety rules.

Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
